Program Manager- Veteran Suicide Prevention Gritter Francona - 5.0 Washington, DC Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Benefits AD&D insurance Disability insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Project development phase management Master's degree Project management in healthcare Managing projects Full Job Description The Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs (SECVA) tasked the Office of Suicide Prevention (OSP) with reviewing current efforts the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) is undertaking that are effective in reducing Veteran suicide, and to identify innovative initiatives to further reduce Veteran deaths by suicide. A result of this examination is the Veteran Suicide Prevention FY 2026 Strategic Sprints. An enterprise-wide approach is required to streamline increasing interactions, promote alternative methods for chronic pain management, link Veterans with faith-based resources in their communities, and bridge the care coordination gaps between VA and CITC providers. Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Manager to support this potential effort.
Helpful experience for this role:
Planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System Requirements Master's degree PMP certification required Minimum 10 years experience leading healthcare projects/programs with 6 of those years supporting a government agency Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
