Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home care office located in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, namely home care or home health. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily operations of the home care facility, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered. Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations. Conducting supervisory visits and/or admissions in client homes Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations. Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR/EHR systems. Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices. Job Requirements Minimum one year healthcare management/supervisory experience Ability to pass a level 2 background Valid driver's license, registration, and insurance and reliable transportation This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
