We are locally owned and operated. We are recruiting for the position of Case Coordinator Private Duty. This is a scheduling/coordination role. Seeking a highly motivated professional individual to perform a variety of tasks and duties: Manage caregivers schedules Recruitment of new caregivers and clients Maintain caregivers Credentials and HR files Work with clients and families to develop short and long term care plans Manage and submit authorizations Communicate with care managers with Insurance companies
