Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Health & Wellness Coordinator to join our team at Salterra at Fort Meyers! This position can be full or part time. What you'll do: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of personal care services for residents. Provide guidance and communication to direct care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. Create and manage staffing schedules while supporting effective staffing strategies and overtime management. Support the Health & Wellness Director with department operations as needed. What you'll bring: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Assisted Living is strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric care required. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Associate's degree in a health-related field recommended.
