In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of wellness programs, coordinate with various departments to promote holistic health initiatives, and ensure a welcoming space where individuals can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. Responsibilities Design, organize, and promote comprehensive wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and interests. Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop engaging health workshops, seminars, and activities. Manage wellness-related inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability and proper maintenance. Lead team management efforts by supervising wellness staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback. Coordinate with external vendors or health professionals for specialized services or events. Track program participation, gather feedback, and analyze data to enhance offerings continually. Maintain accurate records of wellness activities, budgets, and compliance documentation to support organizational goals. Skills Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and supervising staff. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and facilitate training sessions. Proficiency in organizational skills for planning events, managing inventories, and overseeing budgets. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse communities effectively. Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management. Knowledge of retail sales principles including merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, and customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability in marketing wellness initiatives and managing multiple priorities with effective time management skills.
