Hiring salary range: $ 48,722.98 to $53,595.27 depending on qualifications.Job Summary:
Plans, organizes, implements, and coordinates a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment development program for the Dr. Lydia R. Daniel Honors Program. Manages student recruitment, retention activities, and community outreach efforts across multiple campuses and external partnerships. Reports to the Honors Director.Job Duties:
Travels to schools, local businesses, and community organizations to develop and maintain resources for student recruitment and program visibility. Leads campus recruitment and retention activities including high school visits, Transfer Fairs, and Open House events. Develops and implements strategies for short and long-range recruitment and retention plans; evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of same. Directs individual and large group recruitment efforts across multiple campuses and target populations. Manages and evaluates student recruitment and retention data; maintains enrollment tracking and submits required reports to the Honors Director. Supervises activities of program ambassadors; initiates recruitment, monitors performance, and maintains required documentation for the Ambassador Program. Executes co-curricular programming initiatives to support student retention and engagement. Oversees external communications representing the Honors Program to prospective students, schools, counselors, principals, and community partners. Acts as liaison to high schools, counselors, principals, community partners, and college faculty and staff. Performs other similar and related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's and at least three years of prior-related work experience.Closing Date:
