Our healthcare company specializes in providing comprehensive and compassionate home care services through applicable Medicaid Waiver programs. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in need by delivering exceptional care within the comfort of their own homes. As the Growth & Enrollment Manager, you will oversee and guide the client intake and caregiver onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will lead a team, collaborate with multiple departments, and contribute to strategic growth and process improvement.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in healthcare intake, case management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver programs and their eligibility criteria is advantageous.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, caregiver, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Attention to

Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to accurately collect and record client information.
Empathy and Compassion:
Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and their families while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess client and caregiver needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and MS Office suite. Willingness and ability to use mobile applications
Ethical Standards:
Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to ethical standards and HIPPA confidentiality guidelines.
- Responsibilities/essential functions:
The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. 1. Oversee and manage the full client intake process, ensuring accurate and timely collection and verification of client data, including medical history and eligibility documentation. 2. Supervise and facilitate the onboarding of caregivers, including orientation, credentialing, initial training coordination, and integration support. 3. Maintain compliance and accurate documentation of all client and caregiver records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory standards. 4. Act as a central point of contact and liaison for clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and internal departments. 5. Develop and implement onboarding programs that align with the company's culture and values. 6. Coordinate with internal teams including clinical, HR, operations, and scheduling to ensure efficient activation of services. 7. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers during onboarding or intake processes. 8. Lead and participate in daily meetings to present and update caseloads, flag high-priority cases, and contribute to operational planning. 9. Provide intake support and assist with resolving caregiver-related matters to ensure seamless delivery of services. 10. Support caregiver recruitment by maintaining a steady and strategic candidate pipeline that aligns with client needs. 11. Manage performance and development of the enrollment and onboarding team, ensuring accountability and growth. 12. Identify and implement improvements to onboarding and enrollment workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency. #VHC1
