What You'll Do Partner with office leadership and recruiters to support projects in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and operations Complete Maxim's interactive e-learning training modules to build foundational knowledge Provide exceptional customer service, assisting caregivers, clients, and visitors Answer and route incoming calls, acting as a key point of contact Collaborate with sales teams to increase brand awareness and strengthen community presence Take initiative to set goals, improve processes, and drive results Support daily office operations and contribute wherever needed What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated, driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) Detail-oriented, organized, and a high level of professionalism Results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Proficiency in English required Why Join Maxim?
