Summary:

This individual's primary responsibility will be to manage the administrative day to day operations of a functional research program or office by following the mission centered aims set forth by MMC. This includes, but is not limited to management of development, evaluation, staff compliance, policy, quality assurance operations, budget management, and personnel and staff coordination and supervision. This position will report progress of program/office to the Program Director. Position availability may be directly related to grant funding. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Bachelor's degree and three years' experience; Master's preferred

License/Certifications:

Appropriate licensure is required

Experience:

Demonstrated experience in administration and the management of staff Visual acuity, manual dexterity, math skills and research acumen required Skills should include ability to troubleshoot issues with regard to the program or office. Must have good organizational and personnel management skills, communication skills, both personal and written, business planning acumen.
