  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Healthcare Coordinator to join our team.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our private duty healthcare service, that provides custom, concierge-level care for our tenants to help them live comfortably with the support they need. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. This person that holds this position is a working supervisor and will work with his/her caregivers daily. Duties Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assessing the needs of tenants and developing care plans accordingly Coordinating and scheduling staff to ensure proper coverage Training and supervising care staff Ensuring all care services are provided in a safe and effective manner Managing budgets and resources Maintaining detailed records of tenants' health conditions and treatments Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Communicating regularly with tenants' families about their health and progress Conducting regular assessments to monitor the quality of care provided Handling any complaints or issues and implementing changes if necessary Maintain a clean and organized medical office environment to enhance patient experience. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Supervising healthcare services, managing budgets, and ensuring that tenants receive high-quality care. Experience Proven work experience as a Healthcare Coordinator or similar role in a healthcare setting is preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, particularly in roles related to medical administrative support, or long-term care setting. Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is essential. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills are necessary for providing outstanding tenant service and collaborating with team members.
