THE POSITION

Join our dynamic team as the Value-Based Care & Improvement Collaborative Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery. In this position, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and drive cost-efficiency by fostering collaborative efforts across diverse healthcare stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our organization towards innovative care models that prioritize value and quality. Associate or bachelor s degree preferred in one of the following fields: • Nursing or other clinical discipline • Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Quality, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an ambulatory care, physician practice, or healthcare operations setting strongly preferred Candidates with experience in quality improvement, value-based care, clinical operations, practice management, data/analytics, or healthcare business operations will be considered Competitive benefit package Generous tuition reimbursement and assistance programs
