Short Description Working closely with physician leaders and other administrative leaders in the Center for Healing, the Director of Programs will lead programmatic activities within the Center for Healing including complex multi-year programs involving internal stakeholders, as well as stakeholders at the state, county, and local levels. The Director will plan for and develop the workflows and programmatic activities to accomplish overall goals of grant award(s) including planning project activities, monitoring project activities, and continuous quality improvement activities. The Director of Programs is responsible for liaising with funders, external partner agencies, and departments with Cooper University Health Care including Finance and Government Relations. Ensure all program deliverables are met in a timely and efficient mannerSet and track program implementation plans, program metrics, progressCollaborate with clinical leaders and internal and external stakeholders to accomplish project goalsServe as the liaison to funders, external partner agencies, and internal departmentsContribute and lead scientific and program grant reports, grant applications and deliverables, and human subjects regulatory complianceRepresent the Center for Healing at meetings, trainings, and conferencesEvaluate progress towards meeting program objectivesProvide leadership and mentorship to the program team Assist with special projects, events and other duties as assigned Experience Required 3-5 Years Required 6-10 Years Preferred Education Requirements Bachelor's degree Required Master's Degree Preferred Business, healthcare administration, or operations management preferred, Special consideration given if candidate has no master's degree but has 8-10+ years of experience directly managing grants/research projects and staff Salary Min ($) USD $52.00 Salary Max ($) USD $86.00
