Job Description

JOB TITLE
Program Manager, Taos NEST Family Resource Center STATUS :
Full-time, Regular, hourly, non-exempt
PAY RATE
: $24-$30 per hour
REPORTS TO
Director of Adult Services Program Manager:
Maintains trauma-informed, supportive environment for everyone using the facility Oversees safe, effective program operations Ensures provision of basic services in an emotionally and physically safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere Embodies DreamTree's values of integrity and safety, dignity and empathy, connection, diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and adaptability
Education & Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a human services related field High School Diploma / GED and 2 years of relevant experience in a human services related field OR Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a human services field of study and 1 year of relevant experience in a human services related field
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support Street Outreach Coordinator, Case Manager, Resource Advocate, Service Navigator, and LEAD Case Manager Coordinate with all service agencies at the resource center Participate in hiring, coaching, and addressing performance issues of employees Coordinate Family Resource Center Advisory Council Coordinate initial training for new employees Oversee scheduling and coverage of Street Outreach routes Oversee data collection and reports for programs Ensure program environments operate safely, including review of incidents and follow-up Facilitate grievance process when needed Monitor and maintain consistency, fairness, and clarity when executing program guidelines and expectations Review staff notes and files Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled, including all staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, reflective supervision, and others as designated by supervisor Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled, including all staff Participate in the on-call phone rotation schedule Maintain a clean driving record based on DreamTree Project insurance requirements Participate in other duties as assigned
Additional Compensation:
$100 = 30 Days after start date $100 = 60 Days after start date
