37.5 Hours per Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Management Coordinator to support healthcare quality, risk management, and behavioral health initiatives within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing audit documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare quality standards, patient safety protocols, and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and summarize monthly audit reports for various hospital departments and units Review and analyze documentation related to: Mock codes Nursing assignments Hand hygiene compliance 1:1 observation monitoring Q15 documentation Close and constant observation Restraints Handcuffs and shackles Patient identifiers Identify trends, documentation inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement Support quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support audit and performance improvement activities Utilize EPIC and other healthcare systems for documentation review and reporting Assist with internal audits and quality assurance projects Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred Minimum 3 years of healthcare quality management, audit, or related experience Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system required Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word English proficiency required (Speak, Read, and Write) Experience in Behavioral Health or Hospital Quality Management preferred Knowledge of healthcare compliance, patient safety, and risk management practices preferred Preferred Skills Healthcare quality auditing Risk management reporting Behavioral health documentation review Regulatory compliance monitoring Performance improvement initiatives Data analysis and reporting For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
