Columbus, OH Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Medical law Writing skills Full Job Description Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate for our Healthcare department in the firm's Columbus Office. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have a mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute. Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus but not required. Candidates must have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. Ohio bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Ohio bar is required. The right candidate for this position will be entrepreneurial, eager to work directly with partners and clients in the healthcare industry, and excited to be part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice.
