In this role, you'll partner closely with program and site leaders to strengthen consistency, improve processes, and help teams navigate change in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your work will directly impact service quality, team effectiveness, and the experiences of the individuals we serve.

Support consistent, high-quality operations by partnering with managers and coordinators across service sites—ensuring teams have what they need to succeed every day Step in during times of change or growth to maintain continuity and stability in service delivery Help solve real-time challenges related to staffing, scheduling, and operations so teams can stay focused on delivering great care and support Drive improvements in efficiency and outcomes by identifying opportunities and implementing practical, effective solutions Support new initiatives and service models that strengthen programs and expand impact Guide teams through change with clarity and consistency, helping build confidence and alignment Reinforce a culture of collaboration and accountability where teams feel supported and empowered Monitor service delivery and outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational standards and person-centered goals Represent the organization professionally with partners, stakeholders, and the community What Makes You aGreat Fit:
You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) You have experience in a supervisory or management role , ideally supporting teams through growth or transition You're a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships and works effectively across teams You're adaptable and resourceful , able to shift priorities and stay effective in a fast-paced environment You lead through influence , not authority, and model professionalism and teamwork You're a problem-solver who can think critically, stay organized, and make sound decisions You communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of audiences You're comfortable navigating change and ambiguity , and helping others do the same You bring strong attention to detail while still seeing the big picture You handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Why ARC Voyagers?
