Job Description
Description We are seeking an organized and dedicated front desk staff member to join our team. This position requires exceptional communication skills. You will oversee patient scheduling, coordinate with healthcare professionals within the office, and maintain a welcoming environment for patients. You will play a critical role in driving patient engagement and satisfaction, while working closely with chiropractors to ensure that all administrative processes align with our service goals. Responsibilities Submitting and tracking Preauthorizaton's for multiple healthcare plans Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmation processes. Ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction. Entering insurance information with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain compliance with health regulations and office policies. Light cleaning during down time Ideal candidates will have Experience working with Chirotouch (Not required) At least 1 year experience submitting Preauthorization's for multiple healthcare plans (Not required) Experience as an office staff member in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and chiropractic procedures. (Not Required) Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
