This is a hybrid role with a mix of office support and community outreach. What You'll Do Work in the office 10-15 hours per week (phones, filing, basic support) Go out into the community to bring in new clients Visit hospitals, rehab centers, and local organizations Build relationships and represent our company Pay Structure Hourly (Office Time Only):$12.50 - $15 per hour (10-15 hours weekly) Commission (Main Income Opportunity): 10+ hour/week clients: $300 when client starts $300 after 30 days 4-9 hour/week clients: $150 when client starts $150 after 30 days Under 4 hours/week clients: $100 one-time payment The more clients you bring in, the more you earn.
