Job Description

Join a respected multi-state architecture and engineering firm as a Healthcare Project Architect in Louisville, KY, where you will help grow an in-house healthcare practice while working on meaningful projects such as cancer centers, hospice facilities, and dental spaces. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Project Architect position include: 5+ years of experience in architecture with healthcare project experience required Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required; licensure is required, and candidates able to obtain reciprocity are highly valued Revit proficiency required, with healthcare equipment knowledge considered important Assist in developing project delivery strategies and preparing construction cost estimates Coordinate and direct the project team through site, building, code, and systems analysis Prepare alternative design solutions and coordinate all aspects of the design with the project team Ensure owner criteria, project deliverables, documents, and schedules are met across all disciplines Lead and participate in client and team meetings while helping mentor and develop younger staff talent
Salary :
$120,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
