Full Job Description Position Overview:
Lead and oversee a Medicaid-funded Housing Supports Program , ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, and team performance. This role starts as part-time with the potential to transition into full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage client docuemntation and authorizations Oversee intake and client assignments Supervise Housing Case Managers and interns Ensure compliance with Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years in case management, housing, or Medicaid programs Leadership experience preferred
