Description :

Google Fiber is seeking a Program Manager to support Greenfield deployment initiatives and fiber infrastructure expansion programs. This role will partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and design stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of conduit and joint trench activities across approved project sites. What You'll Do Manage and track Greenfield deployment projects from intake through implementation Coordinate with joint trench design vendors to ensure timely delivery of conduit plans and As-Built documentation Support OSP feasibility reviews and cost estimate assessments Submit and track projects within Salesforce and Sitetracker Utilize permitting and market intelligence tools (including Zonda) to identify new deployment opportunities Monitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder alignment Support reporting and consolidation of joint trench performance metrics Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and construction stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Deployment Operations Knowledge of fiber, telecom, broadband, utility construction, or OSP environments Experience using Salesforce, Sitetracker, or similar project tracking systems Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Greenfield or fiber expansion programs Familiarity with joint trench coordination and permitting workflows Exposure to feasibility assessments, cost estimation, or infrastructure deployment planning Experience working with telecom construction vendors and cross-functional operations teams

Pay:

$65.00•$80.00 per hour
