Essential Skills Advanced proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination. Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles from schematic design through construction administration. Proven ability to develop and manage construction documents and technical specifications for healthcare projects. Strong skills in leading and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams, including MEP and structural engineers and medical planners. Effective client-facing communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present design concepts and technical information clearly.
