Oklahoma City, OK Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support physician recruitment initiatives and organizational projects. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and supporting reporting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track recruitment-related projects and initiatives. Maintain project timelines, schedules, and action-item trackers. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Serve as a liaison between recruitment teams, department leaders, administrators, and providers. Prepare and maintain project reports, spreadsheets, and status updates. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and track follow-up actions. Assist with the development of training materials and process documentation. Support onboarding and training activities related to recruitment projects. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related field. Experience supporting recruitment, healthcare, or professional services teams is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. #
