Job Description:

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure successful delivery across a dynamic portfolio. In this role, you'll partner with business and technology leaders, align stakeholders, and drive execution from planning through implementation. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate delivery of multiple IT projects and workstreams Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders Drive alignment, transparency, and communication across cross-functional teams Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables Provide clear status updates and executive-level reporting Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery Support governance, architecture, and compliance processes Help drive operational readiness and smooth transition to production What You Bring 7+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs Strong experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches Familiarity with enterprise systems, integrations, and data environments Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar Nice to Have PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications Experience in regulated or enterprise environments Background in digital transformation or cloud initiatives Why Join Us Work on impactful, large-scale technology initiatives Collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunities for growth and leadership
