Architect - Healthcare Team TSP Sioux Falls, SD Job Details Full-time 20 hours ago Qualifications Architecture License Full Job Description TSP is seeking a licensed Architect to serve as a senior leader within our Healthcare Practice. This role will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex healthcare environments including hospitals, clinics, behavioral health, and specialty care facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare design expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery, from programming and planning through construction administration. This position will work alongside Mark Averett and other TSP leaders to help advance the strategic growth of the firm's Healthcare Practice while delivering high-quality, patient-centered design solutions. Candidates should have 10+ years of professional experience, be a registered architect, and possess strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and evidence-based design principles.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Lead the planning and design of healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care, and behavioral health environments Manage projects through all phases including programming, design, documentation, and construction administration Serve as a primary client contact, building strong relationships and guiding project decision-making Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, high-quality design solutions Mentor and support team members while contributing to the growth of TSP's Healthcare Practice Ensure project quality, code compliance, constructability, and alignment with healthcare regulations and client goals At TSP, we value collaboration, ownership, and commitment to excellence through our core values: "We Before Me," "Design It Like We Own It," and "Committed To Our Craft."
