Job Description

enior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction (Contract) TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Contract) to support a large healthcare Planning, Design & Construction team managing a high volume of active projects. This is an owner‑side role focused on oversight, coordination, and risk management—not direct construction execution. The Senior PM will work with general contractors, architects, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance within active hospital environments .
Contract Length:
12 months with potential extension up to 18 months
Location:
Onsite, 5 days per week
Experience Level:
Senior / Expert Key Responsibilities Manage multiple healthcare construction and renovation projects Oversee contractors, architects, and engineers Ensure compliance with infection control, life safety, and hospital standards Track schedules and documentation using Kahua or similar tools Identify and escalate project risks Serve as liaison between construction teams and hospital stakeholders Required Skills & Experience Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience Background in healthcare, hospital, or institutional construction Familiarity with ICRA, lifecycle safety, and shutdown coordination Ability to read construction and design documents Experience with PM platforms (Kahua, Procore, e‑Builder, or similar) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar certifications (preferred, not required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
