Temporary Job Duties:

Design and revise healthcare and medical record forms Convert forms to digital platforms and support document management projects Coordinate print production and document requests Work with customers and vendors to manage print jobs and deadlines Use Forms Fast, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro for form design and revisions Support forms committee meetings and document proofing processes Provide customer service and document production support

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of forms design experience, preferably in healthcare Experience with Forms Fast, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro required Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Microsoft Office proficiency required High attention to detail and accuracy High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
