Healthcare Forms Designer / Coordinator Revolution Technologies, LLC Coppell, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract $19 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor management Graphic design Medical records Attention to detail Adobe Acrobat Full Job Description Coppell, TX | $19/h - $22/h Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder Design, revise, and coordinate healthcare/medical record forms Convert paper forms into digital platforms + identify digital document opportunities Work directly with healthcare stakeholders and forms committees Manage print production projects, proofs, timelines, and vendor coordination Use Forms Fast, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro daily Support commercial, transactional, digital, and POD print environments Strong forms/graphic design experience
REQUIRED
Healthcare forms experience highly preferred Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines 3-5+ years of forms design experience required
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
