Exempt Position Summary Rice Medical Center is seeking a Rural Healthcare Project Manager / Data Analyst to lead strategic initiatives and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position combines project management and healthcare analytics to improve operational performance, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes within a Critical Access Hospital environment. Essential Responsibilities Lead cross-functional projects focused on quality improvement, operational efficiency, revenue enhancement, and service line growth. Develop project plans, timelines, performance metrics, and status reports. Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Create dashboards and reports for key metrics such as swing bed utilization, length of stay, readmissions, patient satisfaction, revenue cycle performance, and service line profitability. Support Medicare cost reporting, reimbursement analysis, 340B optimization, and value-based care initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to leadership and assist with grant-funded projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Public Health, or a related field required. Three (3) years of experience in healthcare analytics, project management, finance, quality improvement, or healthcare operations preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and healthcare reporting systems. Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural healthcare setting preferred. Why Join Us?
