Full-Time Position Summary The Program Manager - Behavioral Health Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and strategic growth across multiple behavioral health service lines, including Mobile Crisis Response (MCR), Community Stabilization, Intensive In-Home (IIH), and Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP). This role is highly focused on leadership, program development, and expanding referral networks to strengthen the organization's community presence and increase service utilization. The Program Manager ensures high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and alignment with regulatory and organizational standards. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Operations Provide oversight of day-to-day operations across all assigned behavioral health programs. Supervise QMHPs, LMHPs, Assessors, and Program Supervisors to ensure effective service delivery and accountability. Manage staff scheduling and coverage to maintain consistent and responsive service availability. Lead team meetings to communicate expectations, review performance, and align staff with organizational goals. Program Growth & Business Development Drive program growth by developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, schools, private providers, and community organizations. Identify opportunities to expand services, increase admissions, and improve market presence. Represent the organization at outreach events, networking opportunities, and provider meetings. Collaborate with executive leadership to implement growth strategies and new program initiatives. Staff Management & Development Oversee hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong and reliable team. Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff. Support professional development through training, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities. Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans when necessary. Performance & Quality Management Monitor key performance indicators including caseloads, response times, admissions, and service outcomes. Ensure programs operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of care. Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate program performance and identify growth opportunities. Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable standards. Care Coordination & Admissions Oversight Oversee referral, intake, and admissions processes to ensure timely access to services. Ensure smooth transitions between programs and appropriate level of care determinations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate comprehensive client care.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
