Role:
The Floating Care Center Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multiple temporary or mobile care centers across various locations within the United States. This role ensures that each care center delivers high-quality, patient-centered services while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. The lead will coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to optimize resource allocation and service delivery. They will also monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and address any operational challenges promptly. Ultimately, the Floating Care Center Lead plays a critical role in expanding access to care by effectively managing flexible healthcare environments that respond to community needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or management, preferably in a multi-site or mobile care setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices. Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Experience working with mobile or temporary healthcare facilities. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data analytics. Certification in healthcare management or project management (e.g., PMP, CPHQ). Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple floating care centers, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Coordinate staffing schedules, including recruitment, training, and supervision of healthcare and support personnel. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and organizational policies across all care centers. Monitor patient care quality and safety standards, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate resource sharing, logistics, and community outreach. Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform leadership on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Respond promptly to operational issues, patient concerns, and emergency situations to maintain service continuity.
