With in‑house designers, architects, and self‑perform crews, they offer strong project control, a collaborative culture, and a long history of employee stability and growth. Job Description Lead multiple renovation projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, and trade coordination. Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using On‑Screen Takeoff and PC‑based estimating tools. Oversee subcontractor selection, project buyout, work orders, and change management. Collaborate with designers, architects, superintendents, warehouse, and AV teams to maintain workflow. Ensure safe, quality execution of construction and MEP activities through project closeout.
