Happy Ears Hearing Center is seeking a Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Peoria location, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized treatment planning, and follow-up care. Key Responsibilities:

Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive audiometric evaluations Fit, program, and verify hearing aids using Real Ear Measurements and best-practice protocols Counsel patients and families on hearing aid use, maintenance, and expectations Provide follow-up adjustments, cleanings, and repairs Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with audiologists and the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Current and unrestricted Arizona state license as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing (preferred) Strong communication and counseling skills Passion for patient education and relationship building Commitment to providing best-practice hearing care and ongoing professional growth
