Audiology Assistant

Premiere family owned private audiology practice in Southern California seeking audiology assistant to fill critical support role for staff of exceptional doctors of audiology. Day to day tasks would include, but are not limited to the following; Performing routine cleaning and checking of hearing aids Managing provider schedules Helping the audiologist teach/counsel patients how to care for their hearing aids Managing minor in house hearing aid repairs Managing monthly office and clinical supply orders Answering pricing and service questions for patients Sending out/receiving hearing aid orders and repairs Manage walk in traffic/inquiries Posting hearing aid/payment information in Sycle system Follow up phone calls to new hearing aid patients Outbound calls to tested not sold patients Weekly/monthly data tracking for the owners of the company Assisting remote audiologist with all appointment types.
