Job Description

Hearing Health Care, Inc. , is seeking a full-time Audiology Assistant to join our team in Shawnee, OK. From diagnostic testing to hearing aid fittings, we serve adult patients with a special focus on compassionate care. If you're the kind of person who remembers names, notices details that others miss, and takes pride in helping people feel comfortable, this could be the right fit for you. 2+ year of medical office experience (preferred) Audiology experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stay calm and pleasant in a fast-paced environment A self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems independently Flexible and adaptable — no two days are exactly the same These statements also describe the people you'll be working with in our office, and we're committed to maintaining that culture.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Provide support to our Audiologist Assist front desk with scheduling, answering phones and technical information for patients Order and maintain inventory for hearing instruments, supplies, and equipment Perform electroacoustic analysis of hearing instruments as needed Troubleshoot hearing technology devices and recommend repairs for doctors during appointments Service walk-in patients with broken equipment and perform routine cleaning of hearing aids, including replacing parts, earmold tubing, and cleaning corrosion in battery compacts Assist with pairing of hearing aid accessories for patients Process all patient paperwork and chart notes Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
Pay and Benefits:
