Strong interpersonal and communication skills Warm, professional and patient centered demeanor Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced clinical environment Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with hearing loss Basic computer and technology proficiency Reliable, dependable and punctual Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn audiology procedures, hearing aid technology and office workflows Prior medical office, customer service or healthcare experience preferred
