Job Description

Job description: At Anadyne (www.anadyne.com) we help employers with noisy workplaces. We provide their companies with on-site hearing testing and hearing protection for their employees. Our business is built on the belief that an organized program for hearing testing and safety enhances the company's productivity, and the quality of life for every worker, both on and off the job. Anadyne's founders have years of experience serving the hearing impaired and are acutely aware of the ways in which hearing loss diminishes the ability to enjoy life. The Hearing Test Technician will go to various sites to test hearing in individuals. Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist certification training provided if needed. Interest or experience in testing hearing is essential. Average 100 hours/month, includes F/T benefits.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform health hearing test services indoors at various locations. Provide exceptional customer service to client worksite personnel. Report electronically per job. Other duties as assigned, B/D role reports electronically per occasion Occasionally training client's employees in hearing safety and proper use of hearing protection.
QUALIFICATIONS
Existing Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist certification is a plus, but not a requirement as training can be provided High School diploma, GED or greater education Must have and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license Must have a good driving record Must provide their own car, often 750+ miles/month use Willingness to begin work early Willingness to travel occasionally overnight Computer skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be flexible with problem-solving, organization and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Customer service experience a plus
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour with certification, training provided
