Part Time Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our growing team. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for a licensed professional who is passionate about improving patients' quality of life through better hearing solutions. The ideal candidate will provide hearing care services, including evaluations, hearing aid fittings, programming, follow-ups, and patient education.

Responsibilities:
Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive hearing evaluations. Recommend appropriate hearing solutions based on patient needs. Fit, program, and adjust hearing devices. Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance. Provide follow-up support, troubleshooting, and device adjustments. Maintain accurate patient documentation and records. Provide convenient in-home hearing services when required. Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.
Qualifications:
Active Texas Hearing Instrument Specialist license required. Experience with hearing assessments and hearing aid technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patient-focused approach with excellent customer service abilities. Willingness to travel locally for patient appointments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
