Repair or replace worn or defective parts, such as knife blades, using hand tools. Notify supervisors or mechanics of complex equipment malfunctions or repair needs. Previous experience operating textile machinery, particularly shearing or similar finishing equipment, is often required. This role may also involve cross-training on other textile finishing machines or tasks within the production area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
