Independently prepares hearing aid orders; receives hearing aid deliveries; and verifies/authenticates hearing aid orders. Routes hearing aids to audiologists with accurate documentation. Acts as a mentor to Audiology Technician I and II and assists audiologists as directed in patient preparation; discharge; and hearing aid troubleshooting.
