Job Description

For more than 25 years, Inland Hearing Aids has been a trusted provider of hearing care in North Central Washington, proudly serving the Omak community and surrounding areas. Now part of the Beltone Hearing Care Network, Inland Hearing Aids combines long standing local relationships with advanced hearing technology and a patient-first approach. We provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, personalized hearing aid fittings, and exceptional follow-up care that is focused on real-world outcomes, education, and trust, never pressure! We are currently seeking a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing. This is a relationship-driven role in an established, community-focused clinic known for compassionate care, professionalism, and long-term patient loyalty.
What you will do:
As a Hearing Care Provider with Inland Hearing Aids, you will focus on providing outstanding patient care through: Hearing Aid Services Conduct hearing screenings appropriate to your licensure Perform hearing aid evaluations and recommend appropriate solutions Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids for comfort and performance Provide counseling, follow-up care, and ongoing adjustments Complete cleanings, troubleshooting, and in-office device repairs Support patients with accessories, earmolds, and hearing protection Patient Care & Clinic Support Build trusted, long-term patient relationships Deliver compassionate, educational, and supportive care Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment A Team-Based Approach —
