Prepare tissue samples for routine microscopic analysis and advanced downstream testing. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment according to manufacturer specifications and standard procedures. Ensure strict adherence to established quality, safety, and regulatory compliance programs. Document, investigate, and resolve laboratory issues, problems, or complaints efficiently. Provide peer training to other testing personnel to ensure operational continuity.qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification or eligibility for HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) certification. Proven knowledge ofCAP/CLIA
laboratory quality, safety, and compliance standards. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and adapt to flexible day-shift hours.Preferred:
