This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care through precise specimen preparation, embedding, sectioning, and staining, supporting vital diagnostic and research initiatives. The assignment is for 13 weeks, perfect for professionals seeking a focused and rewarding contract experience.
Schedule:
Afternoon Shift:
3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday through
Friday Qualifications:
4-5 years of hands-on experience in histology or a related laboratory discipline Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or science field Valid Histotechnician (HT) or Histotechnologist (HTL) certification Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Thorough knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and compliance standards Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
