M-F Overview:

Henry Ford Health is seeking a skilled Histology Technician to support their laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in embedding, microtomy of surgical specimens, and performing additional lab duties as assigned.

Interview Process:

30-minute MS Teams interview

Responsibilities:

Embedding and microtomy of surgical specimens Perform routine histology tasks and other assigned duties to support lab operations

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of histology experience

Education:

High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a NAACLS-accredited HT or HTL program Certification as HT (ASCP) or HTL (ASCP)

Schedule:

Midnight shift Monday-Friday 8:00 PM - 4:30
