Job Description
The purpose of this job is to prepare tissue specimens for microscopic examination and to perform special stains procedures.
Junior College/Technical School is required (An Associates Degree or 60 semester hour in an accredited institution)
Must be ASCP registered or eligible and successful completion of the Registry exam with one year of employment or be reassigned Minimum of 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience is required
2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience is preferred The kind of position-related experience includes: The position requires demonstrated computer skills in a window based environment.
