Resident Care Assistant

The Haven at Autumn Cove, our state-of-the-art assisted living and memory care community in Anniston, Alabama, is seeking Caregivers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care and a passion for providing quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications Document medication administration accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication management and patient care Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed Provide support and assistance to patients with special needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in an acute care or medical office setting is preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Ability to accurately phlebotomize patients is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
