Morning Shift Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant Private Home Care

8a-12:30 or 8a-1p

Pay:

$18-$20/hr I am looking for a dependable, respectful, and detail-oriented caregiver/personal care assistant for a morning shift position in a private home setting. This morning shift focuses on personal care, ADLs, safe transfers, breathing treatment assistance, and light room tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with bed baths Helping with morning ADLs, including: Brushing teeth Washing face Grooming/basic hygiene Assisting with my breathing treatment routine, according to instructions and within the scope of the role. Using a ceiling lift for safe transfers Preparing simple breakfast and lunch Making up the bed Helping with small tasks around the room as needed Maintaining a clean, respectful, and calm environment Communicating clearly about schedule, needs, and any concerns

Important Attendance Requirement:

Because this is morning care, consistent attendance is extremely important. I need someone who is reliable, communicates well, and understands that last-minute call-outs or no-shows can seriously affect my day and care routine. Please only apply if you are able to commit to the scheduled morning shifts on a consistent basis. Emergencies happen, but repeated call-outs will not work for this position. Ideal Candidate The right person is: Reliable and punctual Comfortable assisting with personal care and ADLs. Comfortable using, or willing to learn how to use, a ceiling lift. Respectful of privacy and personal space. Patient, calm, and able to follow directions. Comfortable working in a private home. Honest and communicative. Prior caregiving, PCA, CNA, or home care experience is helpful, but not required if you are dependable and willing to learn.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation, consistent availability for morning shifts, ability to follow care instructions , comfortable with hands-on personal care. Ability to follow established care routines and retain instructions from training is important. References preferred. Background check may be requested.
