Job Description

Are you seeking a rewarding career in the human services field working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities? Arkansas Family Supports, Inc. is an EOE/M/F/Disability/Veteran. We have a
FULL-TIME
Direct Support Professional Substitute (DSP Sub) position available . The DSP Substitute position fills in for DSPs on PTO, Holidays, FMLA, call ins, etc. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent, have a minimum of one year of relevant, supervised work experience with a public health, human services or other community service agency, or two years of verifiable experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance in their name. Candidates must be able to pass criminal background check, have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Varies based on fill-ins needed/up to 16 hours per day.
