As a DSP, you'll help individuals live independently, participate in their communities, develop life skills, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and positively impact the lives of others. No experience is required. We provide training and support to help you succeed. Available Shifts We are currently hiring for both Day and Overnight positions.

Day Shift:

8:00 AM•8:00

PM Overnight Shift:

8:00 PM•8:00 AM Our 12-hour shifts provide consistency, allow you to build strong relationships with the individuals you support, and offer the opportunity to work full-time hours while maintaining work-life balance. What Makes This Job Different? This isn't a typical desk job.

What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Provide encouragement, guidance, and support Assist with daily living activities Promote independence and self-confidence Support community participation and engagement Help individuals reach personal goals Encourage healthy and safe lifestyles Complete required documentation and service notes Build positive and meaningful relationships Your role is not simply to provide care—it's to help people thrive. $12.50•$14.00 per hour
