AIRES is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs/Caregivers) to support adults with developmental disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call opportunities designed to fit a variety of schedules. Role Overview As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support, encouragement, and advocacy to individuals in our care, helping them build skills, engage with their communities, and achieve personal goals in a safe and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. Support individuals in community involvement, social activities, and appointments. Promote independence, life skills, and personal growth while recognizing and celebrating achievements. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety, health, and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality services. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively in a team-based environment. Minimum age of 18; 21 or older with a valid Arizona driver's license for driving positions. Ability to pass background checks, fingerprint clearance, and all required trainings.
